It has been TOO LONG - Sorry All!

Guys, I can not apologize enough for the LONG and nonexistance on the website.  As most of you know, I have been swamped with work but that is no excuse.  Things have finally slowed down as the weeks end for us on this journey, I hope I can post somethings that you will find helpful!

It is getting summer time and I know all I want to do is snack.  Here are just a few helpful ways to "Snack Healty".

1.  Try baked chips in place of the regular variety.
2.  Replace cookies with fruit.
3.  Replace 1/2 cup ice cream and do a 8oz. glass of a fruit smoothie.
4.  Satisfy that chocolate craving by opting for 1 small "fun size" candy bar.

REMEMBER: the first bite tastes just like the rest!!
